You are only able to view checks that you write from your account. To view those checks going into your transaction history and find the draft withdraw click on it and scroll to where it says "view check images."
Yes, to view your loan payoff amount click on the Menu (double orange arrows) > More Services > Loan Payoff Amount.
Usually it means your card has been flagged for fraud. Check for a text or email about the fraud.
If you are not getting verification code it means either your username or password is incorrect or does not match what the system is expecting.
Passwords must be 12 characters long and include 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter 1 number and 1 special character. If can not be a password you have used in the last 365 days.
To confirm your username click "Trouble Logging In" on the main log in screen. Once you have confirmed you are using the correct username you can then click "Trouble Logging In" again and click "forgot password."
You can now receive your ACH early! You now have the option of posting you ACH early (up to $10,000.) There is a $10 fee with each early ACH and you will have to agree to the terms and conditions each time.
