Meet Max (Member Assisted eXpress)
At our branches, we offer convenient self-service kiosks called Max to make everyday banking quick and easy. Members can use Max to complete many routine transactions, including:
- Depositing cash and checks
- Withdrawing cash
- Transferring funds between accounts
- Printing cashier's checks
- Making loan payments
If you need assistance at any time, our friendly Financial Solutions Officers are always available to help and provide personalized service.
Meet Dax (Drive-Thru Assisted eXpress)
Our drive-thru's feature Interactive Teller Machines (ITM's) called Dax, giving members the flexibility to bank on their schedule. Members can use Dax as an ATM or simply tap the screen to connect with a live teller for personalized assistance.
Live tellers are available to assist with transactions:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
When using Dax as an ATM, members have access to enhanced banking services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including:
- Viewing all Trius accounts
- Depositing cash and checks in a single transaction
- Making loan payments
- Withdrawing up to $10,000
