- Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Adams, Blaine, Buffalo, Custer, Dawson, Franklin, Frontier, Furnas, Gosper, Greeley, Hall, Harlan, Hayes, Hitchcock, Howard, Kearney, Lincoln, Logan, Loup, McPherson, Phelps, Red Willow, Sherman, Valley, Wayne & Webster counties in Nebraska.
- Immediate family members of a person eligible for membership. An immediate family member is defined as a spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild. This would include step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, and adopted relationships.

If you do not meet the criteria listed above Trius will make a donation to the Nebraska Consumer Council to complete your membership.

The Nebraska Consumer Council is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to consumer advocacy, financial education and championing the rights of all consumers. We support America’s economic growth by encouraging the sale and use of safe, reliable products and services to consumers. We achieve our mission by serving the economic interest and consumer needs of our members and supporting the goals of our parent organization, the American Consumer Council.
