We offer a range of fonts and color themes to better your online banking viewing experience. To customize your theme, go to Profile & Settings > Settings > Customization > Appearance > Current Theme. To change fonts go to Customization > Fonts > Current Font. From here, there are a multitude of accommodations for colorblindness as well as dyslexia. Simply click whichever best suits your needs and the system will update accordingly. 

To set up an alert for your debit card, first go to the Double Arrow icon at the bottom of the app and then click on Cards. Your cards will then be displayed, tap your debit card and a list of card controls will be available for you to choose from, including a travel notice. 

To set up a saving goal you will first go to the menu button (orange double arrows). Click savings goal > new goal. It will then ask you a series of questions.  

Yes, you can open new certificates and savings accounts, just not checking accounts.  

To change your E-Statement preference you will first need to click on the menu button (orange double arrows) > Click on Statements > Manage Preferences.  

To link external accounts you will on the main scroll down past your Trius accounts to where it says "My External Accounts" > click Link External Accounts and follow the directions.  

Navigate to the menu button (orange double arrows), click Move Money. Click Pay loan with debit or credit card and it will direct you to the Propay site to continue.  

You can request to temporarily increase daily debit card limit up to $10,000.  Someone will review your request and grant or deny it. You can also permanently increase your debit card limit to $3000 on your own under the cards tab. 

Under Menu > More Services > Routing & Account Numbers > Toggle on “show all account numbers.”

Yes, you can make a principal only payment through Smart Connect at anytime. Click on the loan you want to make a payment on and click on box that says "Principal Only."

"Joy" our phone audio banking will no longer be available.  You will need to set up online/mobile banking. 

You will need to create your own Member Transfer code, navigate to the double arrow menu button > Move Money > Manage Destinations > Add Transfer Code > select the account you want the funds from the other member to go into >create your code > confirm. You will then share this code with the member that is sending you money.  

Each account you have will need its own unique transfer. 

To send funds to another Trius member you will need get their transfer code. Then, in the Main Menu select Move Money > Payments and Transfers > select the account you want to transfer funds from > select a destination account > add new member destination > enter the other members code & last name > submit.  

To set a favorite account that will be shown first you can simply click the heart in the right hand corner of the account. This will allow you to see this account first on your list of accounts. 

Yes, click into the Main Menu (orange double arrow) and select More Services, then click on Stop Payment and follow the prompts. It will stop the payment and charge you the $25 fee associated with a stop payment.  

To set up a "round up" on your account, you must first go to the Main Menu button (orange double arrows), click More Services > Savings Jar. From there you will select the account in which you want to round up transactions, then select which account you want the round up funds deposited into.  

When using your mobile device, go into the app store and search for “Trius FCU.” The app will be white with our blue and orange logo. Once you have downloaded the app, open it and click More > Register and fill in your information.   

To find your Routing and Account Numbers, Click on the Main Menu (orange double arrow button) > More Services > click on Routing and Account Numbers. Your accounts will be listed there and will have a “draft number” listed. Please use this draft number as your account number when setting up direct deposits or an ACH.  

Yes, currently our online banking is available in both English and Spanish. To switch to a different language, Click your initials in the top right hand corner to  get to Profile & Settings > Settings > Customization > Language > English or Español. Your screen will then automatically update to the language of your choice. 

To manage your credit card, you must first go to the Double Arrows icon and then click Cards > Manage Card > Click on your white Trius Visa Credit Card and it will take you to the EZ Card Info website where you can manage your credit card payments, rewards points, and more. 

Yes, to lock or unlock your debit card you will first need to click on the Main Menu (orange double arrow icon). Next you will click on Cards > Select your Debit Card > Lock or Unlock Card. 

Tap the icon with your initials in the top right corner and select Settings > Personal Information. Your contact information will be displayed. Click the pencil icon to edit your contact information and tap save or update when finished. 

To deposit a check using your phone, you must first go to the Main Menu button (orange double arrows), click on the Deposit, click the Make a Deposit button, then select the account you want the funds deposited into. Next, click on the photo button and take a photo of the front of the check, then the back. Finally, enter the amount being deposited and hit submit.  

Mobile deposit checks are reviewed hourly throughout the day Monday – Friday.  On weekends and holidays, check review takes place at Noon and 5 p.m.  After the check is reviewed and approved, funds up to $3,000 are available immediately. 

You need to have biometrics enabled on your device to begin. Smart Connect can use Fingerprint and Face ID. Using a pin number to log in is not an option.

First you will log into the Smart Connect mobile app using username and password. If biometrics are already enabled on your phone, you will be prompted to turn on your biometrics as a login option. If you don't have biometrics enabled, following these instructions. Once logged into your account click on the blue circle with your initials (upper right hand corner) > settings > mobile features > turn on/off biometrics here. 

**If you do not see fingerprint or Face ID, you either need to trust this device or you need to enable biometrics on your phone. 

You can now receive your ACH early! You now have the option of posting you ACH early (up to $10,000.) There is a $10 fee with each early ACH and you will have to agree to the terms and conditions each time.
